MOFFET MANAGEMENT

Moffet Management is always willing to consider new artists, however, we sign very few. As the management/artist relationship is very close and personal, we find that a “good fit” is necessary.

First and foremost we look for artists that can write great songs. After that we look at their attitude. We are not interested in artists that have substance abuse problems or ones that need to put their personal or economic life ahead of their careers. If an artist is driven and committed to making it, we will match that drive and committment.

Moffet Management looks for artists that are strong stage performers. While they may not have all the skills when they come to us, they must be willing to learn. We believe that a career in the recording industry needs a strong foundation of talent, attitude, image, and showmanship.

Finally, Moffet Management recognizes that our efforts and those of the artist are geared to success in a business. While we cherish artistry, we understand that it can only flourish if supported and embraced by a large and complex industry. Artists must be willing to learn how the industry functions and to work intelligently within it's confines.
